How Credit Pooling Works
Instead of each team member purchasing and managing their own credits, your organization maintains a shared pool that all members draw from automatically.

Setting Up Credit Pooling
Enable Pooling

Contact sales@pegboard.app to request credit pooling for your Enterprise account

Provide your organization details and team size

PegBoard sales team will enable credit pooling for your account

Once enabled, existing individual credits will be consolidated into the team pool and all team members will automatically draw from the shared pool
Purchase Credits

Click "Add Credits" in Team Settings

Choose credit package or enter custom amount

Credits are immediately available to all team members
Monitoring & Alerts
Real-Time Dashboard
The team billing dashboard shows:
- • Current pool balance and burn rate
- • Top consumers by user and department
- • Credit usage trends over time
- • Projected depletion date based on current usage
